Our agency was established February 2002.  Beginning with the moment our doors opened, we started the process of what we now term "continual improvement".  We will always continually question if something can be done better or more efficiently.  We never consider the status quo, or what "other agents" provide, as a benchmark.  Our business service model is driven by your uniqueness as individuals and the companies you represent.  Client input is critical to everything we do.

Do you find yourself thinking that your company and its employees are different from other companies?  We think so.   No one organization is alike.  Therefore, neither will a particular client's service model be "off the shelf".

All agents will tell you they provide good service.  What does that actually mean?  We think of it as the same process as hiring a new employee.  Just pretend we have an office, telephone, computer and desk right down the hall from you. What would our job description look like? This is normally a good starting point for our service model for your company.
